Plasdagboek bijhouden (mictielijst volwassenen)
In het plasdagboek schrijft u op wanneer u naar het toilet gaat en hoeveel u dan plast. Ook noteert u het als u per ongeluk (dus ongewenst) urineverlies heeft gehad en wat u op dat moment deed. Verder schrijft u op wanneer, hoeveel en wat u drinkt. Lees ook de instructie bovenaan de lijst.
