Longrevalidatie: hoe ziet het programma eruit?

Poliklinische longrevalidatie is bedoeld voor mensen met een chronische longziekte. Het programma duurt twaalf weken. U krijgt uitleg en begeleiding van onder meer een fysiotherapeut, ergotherapeut, longverpleegkundige en medisch maatschappelijk werker.
