Plas- en ontlastingsdagboek voor het Bekkenbodemspreekuur
In een plasdagboek houdt u bij hoeveel vocht u op een dag drinkt, wanneer u naar het toilet gaat en hoeveel u dan plast.
In een ontlastingsdagboek houdt u bij hoe vaak u naar het toilet gaat om te poepen (ontlasting) en hoe dit eruit ziet. In het dagboek ziet u afbeeldingen van de vorm en het type ontlasting.
