Uw arts heeft u voorgesteld om u te gaan behandelen met cytostatica (celgroeiremmende middelen) De behandeling bestaat uit 5-Fluorouracil, Folinezuur, Oxaliplatine en Irinotecan. 5-Fluorouracil, Oxaliplatine en Irinotecan zijn cytostatica. Folinezuur is een soort vitamine dat de werking van 5-Fluourouracil versterkt en daardoor het effect vergroot.
