De behandeling die u is voorgesteld bestaat uit 5-Fluorouracil, Folinezuur en Oxaliplatine. 5-Fluorouracil en Oxaliplatine zijn cytostatica. Folinezuur is een soort vitamine dat de werking van 5-Fluourouracil versterkt en daardoor het effect vergroot.
